Our mission is to help hotels, villas, and professional hosts increase their global visibility and demand through technology, curation, and transparent distribution — while preserving full control over pricing, availability, and guest experience.

Direct and Partner Booking Model

Palmabook operates under a dual-model framework:

  • Direct Bookings are offered for selected properties under Palmabook’s own terms and conditions.

  • Partner Bookings allow users, where applicable, to continue their reservation on established third-party booking platforms through official affiliate networks.

For Partner Bookings, inventory management, pricing, payments, customer service, and travel services are handled exclusively by the respective booking partners on their own platforms.


Community & Discovery Layer

In addition to curated listings and editorial content, Palmabook includes a lightweight, travel-focused community layer that allows users to share destinations, experiences, and visual inspiration.

This feature is designed to support discovery and trust and does not operate as a transactional marketplace or review system.
